Please find below an overview of the key information related to applying for a grant. Please ensure you read this carefully before proceeding with your application.

Timeline for Applications for Round One 2025

Stage One

• Applications open Monday 06 January 2025 
• Applications close Friday 7 February 2025 

We will let you know the outcome of your initial application within three weeks of the stage one deadline. Accepted applications will then be invited to complete a Stage Two application. Depending on the number of applications and feedback you may receive feedback earlier. 

Stage Two

• Applications open by Monday 24 February 2025
• Applications close Friday 28 March 2025

During early April 2025 we will conduct a review with feedback before final submission. 

You will be notified of the final decision by email by the end of June 2024. For successful applicants the grant terms and conditions will be agreed between the Foundation and the grantee organisation and the first payments made by the end of July 2025 on the condition that the applicant is compliant with all essential licensing standards. In any cases where a project is awarded part funding, changes to the project scope will be made in discussion with the grantee, depending on the final approved budget.
